Because we are new to the real estate industry and specifically real estate investment, it was a little rough in the beginning for us to know all of the steps to establish our LLC and our fund sourcing...Travis was very patient with us, helped us get pointed in the right direction, and has been terrific through the process. His clear, concise, and thorough explanation of the contract and terms put us at ease, and made us feel very comfortable trusting him with our investment and maximizing our earnings through his rigorous vetting process for investment properties.
